The store is yours during your time so you can explore at your pet’s pace, without the stress of a busy environment.

Sessions are available after 7 PM, limited to one household, and last 30 minutes.

Your $20 booking fee is non-refundable and fully applied toward your in-store purchase.

If your purchase total is under $20, the remaining balance helps cover the reserved private shopping appointment and staffing time.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. No-shows forfeit the booking fee.
