Refund policy

At Love Liparu, we take great pride in providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.  

No Refunds & Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled by the customer.  
No refunds will be issued for any reason. If applicable, a credit memo may be provided for future purchases at Love Liparu’s sole discretion.  

Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs at the time of purchase.  
Love Liparu cannot replace lost or stolen packages or provide refunds for missing shipments, as these incidents are beyond our control.  
International customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees. Love Liparu will not alter customs documentation.  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with photos and order details. Love Liparu will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
